of equine & canine care, SmartPak envelopes itself in a culture that works hard
to go the extra mile for our customers so they can expect nothing less than the

Our People
 SmartPak
was founded by horse & dog owners who bring their knowledge to the company to
provide a truly customer centric culture. The SmartPak team rides and shows Dressage,
Hunter/Jumper, Polo, Equitation, Eventing, Reining, Endurance and Driving. Some
of our staff also enjoy practicing natural horsemanship and have logged many miles
trail riding. Our
extended families include Hanoverians, Oldenburgs, Quarter Horses, Selle
Français, Thoroughbreds, Lipizzans, Trakehners, Arabs, Morgans and Appaloosas.
Making SmartPak the place it is today, our team of professionals call on their experiences
from the past to round out a truly diversified team. We have been barn managers,
free lance trainers, bankers, veterinary assistants, lobbyists, pharmacists, venture
capitalists, zoo keepers, software developers, competitive athletes, health care
marketers and research scientists.
However, just to make sure we don’t take ourselves too seriously, the
canine friends of employees stick around the office to provide perspective
and relief. Being a dog friendly work environment provides employees with a sense
of relaxation and comfort even when the day is hectic and busy! If you’ve called
the SmartPak head quarters you’ve possibly even heard one of our friends bark out
a hello.

Having Fun
Working tirelessly at SmartPak to offer our customers exceptional products and services
means having a license to kick back and have some good hard laughs and fun along
the way! As a company, we’ve planned several events to cut loose as a group. Our
summers are filled with company Bar-B-Q’s, boating in Boston Harbor, organizing
company wide scavenger hunts in Provincetown and riding a mechanical bull in our
parking lot for the Fourth of July extravaganza. Think the fun stops when the snow
comes? No way! SmartPak treks up to Vermont for ski trips or stays in town and dances
the night away. Harnessing their individual creativity and imagination, SmartPak
employees also host a festive annual Halloween party.
