Click here to view this product's information sheet Revolution For Dogs & Cats kills adult fleas and prevents flea eggs from hatching for 1 month, and it is indicated for the prevention and control of flea infestations (Ctenocephalides felis), prevention of heartworm disease caused by Dirofilaria immitis, and treatment and control of ear mite (Otedectes cynotis) infestations in dogs. Treatment and control of sarcoptic mange (Sarcoptes scabiei) and control of the American Dog Tick (Dermacentor variabilis) infestations in dogs. Note: Revolution For Dogs & Cats does not repel the American Dog tick, but will kill the tick within 3-5 days. For dogs and cats 6 weeks of age and older. For Dogs & Cats: 3 or 6 single dose tubes containing once a month topical parasiticide. For Puppies & Kittens: 3 single dose tubes containing once-a-month topical parasciticide. The SmartPak Heartworm Preventative Guarantee If your dog tests positive for heartworms while being administered a heartworm preventative purchased through SmartPak, we will refund the purchase price or provide replacement product and reimburse reasonable diagnostic and treatment costs for a combined total of up to $1500 to return the dog to negative heartworm status one time only per dog, provided the terms of this guarantee are met.  Dogs that have previously been positive for heartworms are not eligible for this guarantee.·       You must have purchased the heartworm preventative prescribed for this dog from SmartPak within 60 days of a negative heartworm test·       You must have administered the heartworm preventative on a monthly basis according to the label and your veterinarian’s directions·       You must have your dog tested  at least every 12 months for heartworms·       You must have administered the last dose of heartworm preventative within 31 days of diagnosis·       You must have used the product before its expiration date as found on the package When requesting reimbursement, you must provide all of the following:·       Proof of negative heartworm status within the last 12 months·       Proof of current positive heartworm status·       Itemized invoices and laboratory records for all diagnostic workup prior to heartworm treatment·       Itemized invoices and medical records for heartworm treatment·       Lot number of product used In the unlikely event your dog does not accept one of our heartworm preventatives, SmartPak will either send a new package of the product or refund the purchase price.

Caution: Federal law restricts this drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian All pharmaceutical products are shipped according to the manufacturer’s guidelines. In accordance with state and federal regulations, we are unable to accept returns on any pharmaceutical items. For all expedited deliveries UPS is responsible for delivering the package on time. Certain circumstances can arise where UPS is unable to deliver expedites on time due to weather, remoteness of location, etc. All efforts will be made by SmartPak to ensure that packages arrive on time as ordered, but we cannot guarantee that UPS will always act accordingly. In particular, orders indicated for Saturday delivery cannot be guaranteed. We strongly recommend that if the order is for a particular health emergency, customers should seek immediate assistance from their vet. If a UPS expedited delivery fails to arrive on time as ordered, SmartPak will refund the additional shipping charges incurred.
