Instructions:

**Please note that Hilton Herbs has created a special fine grind especially for SmartPak. The SmartPak formulation will take up less volume than the regular formulation that you are used to but the weight (and therefore the dosage) is the same. Up to 13.2 HH: 1-2 scoops daily 13.2 HH - 15.2 HH: 2-3 scoops daily 15.2 HH and above: 4 scoops daily Introduce gradualy to normal rations. Allow 3-4 weeks for absorption.
