Instructions:

Administer 1 ounce twice daily for the first 30 days, reducing to 1/2 ounce twice daily as a maintenance level, which would provide the following daily intake: Glucosamine Sulfate 5,000 mg, Chondroitin Sulfate 1,800 mgs, MSM 11,562 mg, and Ester-C 3,200 mg.
