Love it :)
I went with this over the SmartEnergy and the Red Cell because of its comprehensive formula. I believe it helped with my pokey dutch warmblood's energy not because of an addition of Iron (which it doesn't have, because it's been proven that the addition of iron to a horse's feed doesn't improve energy levels) but because it has numerous essential vitamins and minerals that a normal horse might be lacking. The addition of these key ingredients into his diet helps to increase energy because the horse's body is more balanced.
To prove my point, I have a dead safe 17 year old dutch warmblood who needs some serious inspiration every workout. After I started him on Pro VM he actually spooked twice in one week! I was literally shocked that he felt he had enough energy to expend some shying away from my instructor's car door closing (which he has experienced MANY times).
So, overall, I'm sticking with this despite the big price tag because my boy is feeling and looking fantastic!

Works Great for All my horses
I have been using this supplement for over a year and I will continue to use it on all my equines. It's high quality and level of ingredients works great for both my horse and pony as well as wonderfully complementing the nutrient profile of their hay.
5 stars for having no added sugars or fillers. I love the ingredients and amounts of nutrients in this supplement! Very comprehensive.

Time to move on .....
I have been using this supplement for about 6-7 years. My horses thrive on this supplement. I did quite a bit of research 6 years ago and this was by far the best balanced supplement available at the time. I did see a noticeable difference in every horse that was on this supplement, but I will say that being a loyal customer for all these years, I am gravely disappointed at the price increases that have been astronomical. There are products smartpak sells, that are equal in quality and WAY more cost effective. I have done my research and am now using a combination of products that work almost better at a MUCH better price point. Good product that priced itself out of my feeding regime.

Excellent for muscle recovery
Pro VM helped my horse with muscle recovery and overall condition. I was having a lot of issues with my horse having a sore back and sore muscles in general that were not due to being overworked. I took him off of this supplement once he recovered, but noticed a huge difference and put him back on it. He improved greatly once again. Since then I've tried other supplements, but none have given him the overall condition and muscle support that Pro VM did. I'm sticking with it!

Unique & Comprehensive
This product may be a bit expensive, but it offers a very unique combination of ingredients. It is a multi-vitamin/mineral supplement, has electrolytes, has the full B Vitamin complex (for calming and/or energy), antioxidants and bioflavanoids for immune function/fighting free radical damange, and also has amino acids to support muscle tissues. 5000 mg of glucosamine make it a good "maintenance" joint product as well. For an older horse or one with joint problems, I would add a more comprehensive joint product, but for everything else, this product is an outstanding choice!
