So far, so good!
I have only used them a couple times for adjunct treatment, but they seem ok. I only leave on for an hour at a time.

easy to use
I have only been using these about 2 weeks, but I really like them.
I only bought the hind wraps, mainly to check size, they fit true to size and I have used them on his front legs too while I wait to order pair for the front.
They don't generate heat, but do seem soothing , my horse seems to like having them on.
His huge windpuffs do seem a bit smaller and softer with regular use. I like the way they have magnets running the full length of the bandage, treats the whole leg, not just a section.

Good wraps and really works
I bought this magnetx boot wraps a few months ago to see if this can work. At the time I bought this I heard so much good thing about BOT but not much for this product but I would like to have a try as it is more affordable and looks better. The first day I put this on my horse who might has arthritis, and need occasion hock injection, he felt good and comfortable when I got on him that day. He even easily got his right lead which he struggles a lot. Now, he is totally a different horse as he has less stiffness in the hocks and knees, though it cannot guarantee no stiffness at all in Chicago's winter, but definitely helps a lot. I only bought the hind leg, but I used on the front also alternatively and they holds up really well. I learned from previous post that those wraps not really holds up, but mine works so well and holds up good even when I put him in the stall and individual turnout for short time while I cleaning my tack. I am going to purchase the front wrap soon so I can put all four together before the cold hits the area. I am also planning use this for shipping boots so my boy won't stock up during the trailering. Anyways those wraps are fantastic and can change a horse's behavior as they feel comfortable and willing to work.

ALL PURPOSE MAGENTIC THERAPY
These wraps/boots are amazing. Easy to use, easy to care for, they stay on and they cure what ales you. My horse is 16hh WB, purchased the Mediums as recommended and they fit well. My horse is nine, this year he is doing the 1M jumpers (and hunters) and showing 3rd/4th level Dressage. Like most people, as he started winning we started worrying. You should take care of all your horses but you always take care of your good horses. And the harder they work, the more attention they need. I purchased these Magnetic Wrap/Boots originally as sort term stall wraps after a heavy workout... but they have graduated to shipping boots, leg wraps, stall wraps, 'put them on while you graze him wraps'. I threw my shipping boots out, I only use these. I am not sure about the reviewer who states they are not durable I think they are great. My guy has some interesting habits, like his mom I did not start using boots/wraps until recently and like his mom he hates boots. He will stands at a wall in his stall, putting both hinds against the wall, crosses one leg behind the other & pulls at the wraps. These things are tough. The most he has managed to do is get them turned around but he has not managed to get them off and they have never ripped. They are less then half the price of the competition and the surprising part is they work. They cure what ales you. My guy has wind puffs behind, I hate wind puffs on an upper level horse and I don't know anyone that has a suitable solution to them except stop working the horse at that level. These boots are great. He stands in them for an hour, the wind puffs go down, A LOT. States Competition, two different riders, four different dressage levels on day one, three hunter classes the next day and I use them as shipping boots. Get home, the horse is exhausted (surprise) but his legs are clean.... and everyone at that competition was watching us and asking about the magnetic wrap/boots because again, this is a good horse. I'm telling you, these things work!

Magnet Boots
Positive: The velcro closures are wide and good quality--they are long enough to make a secure closure and "stick" great. The boot is tall and has enough velcro closures to give extra support and maximum coverage. The magnets are well distributed in the boot. Negative: The boot material is too light and tears/frays/snags easily. My horse was tied/supervised for each use and did not try to get the boots off, but the bottom edge tore the first week. Stitched repairs ripped out quickly. So far, fabric glue has held. Comment: Whether the magnet therapy has made any difference, I really can't say yet. I am considering trying a different kind of magnetic therapy boots, but will select a brand that is more fitted at the bottom and made of sturdier fabric.

Fine Alternative!
These boots are actually strong enough for a horse! I replaced my Veredus magnetic boots with these after they failed to hold up to the rigors of my horses legs. While these are heavier, they have held up much better and the price is considerably less.

So far, so good...
I use magnetic boots instead of standing wraps these days unless I need compression of course! I like these better than the other brand in terms of durability and magnet size.
