best saddle ever! I ride in this saddle in my lessons and fell in love with this saddle, I'm currently saving up to buy this saddle with the XCH system, I can do flat work and then jump and still feel comfortable in this saddle, it's awesome!! November 2, 2011
I love it I purchased the a/o to be a second saddle to my devocoux. I love it, it is so comfy and puts me in a good position, i wouldn't have thought it to be just as comfy as my other far more expensive saddle. It ia also very nice looking and has aged well July 2, 2010
My favorite saddle It looks stunning on my bay for jumpers and hunters. I really love the Pessoa nameplate instead of your own. It fits him nicely and is very comfy for me as well. I have had it for 8 years. I've retired it for showing only, because I want to sort of preserve it and my schooling is rather rough. December 23, 2009
Takes some getting used to I was riding in a Collegiate saddle without padded knee rolls, so the first weeks I rode in my new Pessoa A/O, I was getting tipped out of position over fences. I tended to tip forward. After about three months of riding in it, I've adjusted, it's breaking in great, and I really like it. If you've not had a saddle with padded knees before, anticipate having to sort of re-find your balance! April 10, 2008
great! This saddle is great; it's the most comfy saddle I've ever owned. Its holding up great, and it fits a lot of sized horses. November 27, 2007
Still comfy. I've had my Pessoa A/O for over 10 years. It's still in great shape. It's been comfortable from the start. As an amateur rider it has served me well for both Dressage and Jumping, as well as those long trail rides. Love it! February 14, 2007

To Clip or Not to Clip I've heard that body clipping in the spring is "too late" because you're clipping over the newly growing in coat... What do you think? What's the best body clipping schedule? - Jessica N., Charlotte, VT
