From breeches to blankets, if you or your horse can try it on, you can return it, free! Just use the pre-paid return label included in your order within 60 days from the purchase date. And of course, please make sure the item is in like-new condition with original packaging (we said 'fitting room', not 'war room'!).

The Fine Print

We love our products and we're happy to take them back - even custom items. We'll happily take back everything from engraved halters to personalized jackets - even embroidered blankets that have been worn (minus the manure, please). But there are a few things we have to restrict returns on (silly federal regulations).

Nice Product I ordered this product as an award for a high point rider at my local club. As the awards secretary I am always looking for new ideas and options for our members. Just beautiful! I ordered the Personalized Tile Top Box for myself with a picture of my beloved chocolate lab that I lost to cancer in September. I also ordered one as a jewelry box for my mom with her lab on it for Christmas. Both boxes are just beautiful, the wood is gorgeous and the pictures are just perfect.
