And of course, please make sure the item is in like-new condition with original packaging (we said 'fitting room', not 'war room'!).

The Fine Print

We love our products and we're happy to take them back - even custom items. We'll happily take back everything from engraved halters to personalized jackets - even embroidered blankets that have been worn (minus the manure, please). But there are a few things we have to restrict returns on (silly federal regulations).

Great all around bag! Gave as a gift to a friend and ordered one for myself and we love them! Great deal! Can't beat this deal! Great price and quality. The canvas is a thin lightweight canvas, but I wouldn't expect anything heavier for $20. Nice embroidery job as well. It's a good size to hold my son's (7 yr) helmet, a couple of pairs of gloves, breeches, boots and chaps. March 14, 2013
