Roomy Throatlatch, but STRETCHY crank!
I've owned this bridle for 2.5 years now, and it sees daily use. I clean it weekly using passier products. It is a fantastically supple leather that has held up relatively well.
I own the cob size, but the throatlatch could easily have 8" taken off of it. I keep it on the shortest hole and the loop droops down nearly to the back of the noseband.
My chief complaint is the stretch to the crank. I do not tighten it tight (2 finger rule), yet in 2 years it has stretched 4 holes worth of leather!

Beautiful Fit, Very Flattering Bridle
I purchased this bridle at an amazing price at a local tack shop and bought it to resell at a profit. I have never been one for names and the Passier name did not impress. But the bridle is lovely and out of curiosity I did try it on my soon to be six year old Dutch WB. My horse has previously worn parts of his mom's old Stubben Weymouth, a KL Select Fanfare and a Custom Rolled Bridle. I have probably bought & sold a dozen other bridles trying to find one that fits and flatters. My guy has a lovely head, refined and beautifully sculpted with pretty eyes. About as classic as you can get, not overly large but very definitely has that WB look. The Passier Gemini fits and flatters like no other. The nose band and the flash band are perfect and for the first time I did not have to punch extra holes (he wears a 5 1/4" bit, the nose/flash band are always an issue). The cheeks are also perfect and again, this is the first time no extra holes needed. The throat latch is designed to lay perfectly at his jowl, nice and loose giving him plenty of room to bend at the poll. The throat latch on most bridles always seem more of an afterthought than a clever design, but the throat on the Gemini actually flatters. And this bridle does not overpower. The design is as clean and classic as you can get with just the right amount of 'bling' on the browband. The front of the noseband is long enough to reach around his nose and straps lay exactly in line with the straps from the cheek pieces. I hate when the front of the noseband is just a bit too skimpy and from the side of the horse all you see is straps. Same with the browband, it is amply sized for a horse with a broad forehead. There is no binding and my horse can wear this bridle without extra padding on the crown because the crown lies where the crown should. And lastly, the leather is lovely, not as soft as English leather, but amazing quality that will keep its 'new look' for much longer than a very soft leather. I can't complement this bridle enough for its fit and flattering appeal. Trust me, if you are fed up with ill fitting bridles that overpower and bind you will love this bridle.

Overall Great Bridle
I purchased this bridle for my 5 year old Hanoverian gelding who has a fairly refined head but, at 16.1, very average sized. The cheek pieces were a bit too long, and the throatlatch was way too long, hanging past his cheeks. However, the bridle is absolutely gorgeous and the leather is very supple and soft. I had the cheek pieces and the throatlatch shortened a bit and now it fits my horse great. I would highly recommend this bridle to the dressage rider who is looking for a great bridle that will last for years.

!!!GREAT BRIDLE!!!
I got this bridle as a christmas present and was thrilled!!! It is so beautiful and fantastic quality that you would expect from Passier. The browband is also beautiful. And what i liked about the browband was that it was not so tight like a lot of others have been, but the bridle did NOT slip back. The nose band is generously padded and the crank noseband is a must! I actually didnt get this from SmartPak, although it is definitely the same bridle. I said that because SmartPak actually has a better price by $10!
