PLYMOUTH, MA (March 26, 2007) - SmartPak will be repeating their popular Rolex Course Walk again this year,
with Olympian Amy Tryon. While most riders only dream of running a four-star course, the next best thing is experiencing
it through the eyes and insights of an Olympic equestrian! Tryon will lead attendees on a guided tour through the perils
of the most challenging cross country course in the United States. She will discuss her strategies in riding each cross
country obstacle from start box to finish and attendees will be able to ask questions along the way. Everyone is welcome
to attend this special event, which is free of charge.
"Getting insight from a top rider like Amy Tryon is such a great opportunity" said Becky Minard, founder and VP
of Marketing. "We’re happy to be partnering with her to offer the Course Walk again."
Amy Tryon was named the USEA’s Lady Rider of the Year for 2006. In addition, "The Chronicle of the Horse" named
her their Eventing Horseman of the Year for 2006 and named her partner Poggio II, the Eventing Horse of the Year. Tryon’s
career highlights include a fifth place finish at last year’s Rolex CCI**** event with partner Woodstock and a tenth place
finish with partner Poggio II in 2005. Tryon was also a 2004 Team Olympic Bronze Medalist and a Team Gold Medalist at the
2002 World Equestrian Games.
Interested parties are strongly encouraged to pre-register for the Rolex Course Walk by emailing Rebecca Bennett at
