MDC Comfort Stirrup 4.7 5 8 9
So far So Good I got these because my toes tend to point out a lot when i ride, and it was causing me to always spur my horse. So my friend and trainer both recommended these. So far, they are pretty dang goo d stirrups. They have helped me keep my toes forward. I do have a once in a while day when my toes point out, but thats probably because my saddle is too big for me (i have a new one being made) I think they are pretty easy to keep on the foot because ive always had a problem with keeping my stirrups. They really help keep my heel down, and if you are someone that tends to have issues loosing and then trying to find your stirrup, i highly recomend these because when you lose them, the stirrup stays where it needs to be and it makes catching them so much easier. Over all i really like these stirrups and think they have help tremendously. I highly recommend these! August 15, 2012
Can't ride without!! I don't know how in the world I ever rode without these!! They feel like I'm riding on clouds! I use the 90 degree setting. Even though they are a little pricy, this is one investment you won't regret!! February 22, 2012
Great Stirrups I purchased this because my ankles tend to hurt when I ride and I also tend to point my toes out a lot & I found that using these stirrups did help both those problems significantly. February 4, 2012
Perfect I love these stirrups to jump in! If your a rider like me who tends to have their toes pointed out and have tried everything to keep them straight try these. First time I jumped with them I, my trainer and I noticed a huge difference in my position! My horse was much more relaxed going over the jumps since I wasn't jabbing her with my spurs! I can now pick up my stirrup irons in a matter of seconds and not have to stop and look down to see if my foot is in the right place. I wasn't happy using them with my dressage saddle, but for jumping they are a dream! It was worth every penny! Test ride in them and you will notice a difference too! November 20, 2011
worth the $$$ This stirrup is worth every penny for comfort. I waited a long time to justify the $$ and wish I hadn't waited. For dressage riders, helps to get your thighs on and rotated inward. Also, can't be beat for comfort; these relieve alot of the reciprocal stress on the knee and lower leg that comes from the traditional leather/iron attachment. June 13, 2011
quite disappointed! I recently broke my leg near my knee and I purchased these stirrups to help reduce stress on my knee. The first thing I was disappointed about was that the tread was grey instead of white. While doing this review it shows a grey tread, but I never saw grey before, I saw white. When I started using them I didn't notice any kind of difference, and I actually lose my stirrups a lot more when using them! I ride dressage, hunter-jumper and eventing, and even though I had broken my leg, I was riding 7 horses a day before the injury and came back into shape quickly, so my leg position is as strong as it was before. I just haven't noticed a difference in the stress on my leg, and I'm losing my stirrup a lot more with them. Pretty expensive for what seems to be regular weighted stirrups... July 23, 2007
