Magnetic Shin & Tendon Boots 4.5 5 17 19
I can't belive how quickly they worked 3 Years ago my 8 year old QH Mare kicked through her stall and ripped the tendons and ligaments along her left rear connon. They didn't think she would make it but she did and after a few months of rehab we were able to get back into light work (W/T) with our therapy students. Although she's sound and can do light work we always noticed that there was a lack of flexability during her warm-up and that she would not cock her legs while at rest. That's when I found these boots and thought I would give them a try. After only a week of use my Lil Girl is now able to cock both legs and has less trouble trotting in corners. I know they can not fix the damage that was done but they sure are making a difference to the life she has. April 3, 2013
Why did I wait so long?!?! Bought these magnetic boots for my mare who sprained a ligament. She had been on stall rest for 4 months but her fetlock was still swollen. Did a lot of research and bought these boots. Within a week of using them, the puffiness is gone and my horse looks better than ever. Why did I wait so long to buy them?!?! I dont even know how many people Ive told about these boots!! They are great! January 28, 2013
Happy with my purchase My horse injured his check ligament a month and a half ago, and I bought these boots as soon as my vet recommended them to me. He's been wearing them for about 5 weeks now every day for the full 8 hours, and I'd like to think they are really helping. I can't say I've noticed any HUGE improvement, but they sure are keeping Indigo completely sound. Although they do rip easily - my horse seems to only be ripping the straps off because he's very bored in his stall (previously he has never chewed on his wraps), they are easy to sew back on. I just spray Rap Last on them, and he doesn't touch them anymore. Anyway, I am supposed to be using the magnets every day, walking him, and also wrapping at night. I have put him on the SmartTendon supplement, and Back On Track wraps at night. All three of them seem to be making him feel really good, and I recommend all of the above products for a tendon injury! May 18, 2012
very happy with the reduction in swelling that these boots have assisted with. May 7, 2012
Magnets really work After just 3 hours, spread over 2 days, his bow reduced in size by half. I couldn't believe it. I'm happy with the quality of the boots. Very well made. There were no directions for use. We are barrel racers so I am very familiar with how to put boots on. I know nothing about magnets, so it would of been helpful to have written directions. They did tag them left and right and the picture has the logo on the outside but when you put them on by the "right", "left" tags the logo is on the inside. So does it matter? I have no idea. Well, regardless they reduced the bow and increased blood flow for sure but I have not left on for more than 3 hrs at a time since I am not sure if they are on correctly for the magnets. Seems to help, and at least doesn't Hurt! I have a horse with a mild suspensory sprain, wanted to help him anyway I can - ordered the Magnetic Boots, use them about twice a week for 30 min each time. Seem to be fine, and he is not off at all. February 22, 2012
