Nice bit
I purchased this bit to give me more control help with my stubborn "pony"

Nice bit
Although the D-rings are quite large, the overall quality of this bit is great! It is slightly curved and the first time using this on my Gelding he readily accepted it and was salivating immediately! I can't say that I have noticed any significant difference in performance from my previous bit, but this is a really nice bit for the price and is working just fine.

Great Bit
I upgraded to this bit from a regular hunter dee ring because my Appendix did not respond to seat or half-halts from that bit. With this bit he has steadier movement that stops him from running away with his front, but it helps him to keep his hind engaged and allows his back to round into my hands better, therefore not being too strong a bit where he stays behind the bit, and not too weak where he is constantly above the bit. A great purchase for the two of us! It also stops him from bolting his fences when we jump.

Perfect Bit for My Horse!
This bit was purchased as a slight upgrade with a bit more leverage than a classic Hunter Dee. My horse adjusted right into it and seemed to like the link in the middle. I had one of my best rides ever the first time I used this bit. Nice quality, durable metal. The only complaint I have, along with other D-rings, is that the reins get pulled to the incorrect bridle part (bottom of the 'D').

Fantastic Bit, Great Response from My Horse!
I wanted to upgrade to a slightly different bit from my plain D-Ring Snaffle and a friend suggested this bit as a good step up with a bit more pressure/leverage, but not anything too severe.
My horse adjusted to this bit immediately, and I just had one of the best rides in recent months using it. He is a bit more responsive and actually holds his headset better and for longer periods of time using this bit, and appears to enjoy the link in the middle.
For the price, the quality is great and really looks like a more expensive version.

My Horses Love These
I've had many horses respond to these bits (or the slow twist version) better than to regular snaffles. My greenies really blossom with these bits! It's just enough without blowing their minds :)
