SmartPak is a fun and fast-paced environment, and you must be able to function as a dynamic member of our exceptional team. The ideal candidate has real-life horse experience as well as a background serving customers. An interest in animal health and nutrition is a must. Good organizational skills and computer literacy are also necessary.

This entry-level opportunity provides room for advancement. There is no relocation package available for this position. Candidates must be available for an in-person an interview.

Responsibilities:
All aspects of customer service and sales, including:
  • Handling customer calls and emails (placing orders, answering questions and everything in between)
  • Customer account management
  • Expert knowledge of our supplement and supply product lines
  • Occasional opportunities to meet customers in person at trade shows, horse shows and store events
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Sophisticated communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Customer service experience
  • Telephone and/or sales background are a plus
  • Experienced equestrians preferred
