Better contact and response My TB gelding hasn't liked to make good contact with the bit. After working in this bit, however, I am getting him to stretch down into the bit. He is very responsive to it and generally seems to like it. July 2, 2011
Happy horse! I have an older schoolmaster who has spent years in a double bridle and just plain doesn't listen to a double-jointed snaffle bit. I tried the KK Ultra and it didn't communicate at all. This bit works a lot better! February 15, 2011
FITS PERFECTLY I puchased this bit becase it came in a size 6 1/8". It gave my horse the little extra room that he needed. He accepts and chews this bit more then any other bit. This is a great bit! November 24, 2009
bit does exactly what it say it will do I purchased this bit for our horse who has an extremely wide mouth with occasional "fink" attitude problems. It is working fine (even though he doesn't think so) and giving me the extra umph but pliability that I need to make him behave and also to encourage him to chew and swallow. October 20, 2009
