Gifting:
On the product page, under Ship To, enter the name of the recipient of the gift and add the item to your shopping cart. As you proceed through the checkout process, there will be a page called Shipping Options. On the left-hand side of the page, below the shipping address, there's a box that says, "Is this a gift?" Check that box, continue through checkout and you're all set! Gifts will not have pricing listed on the packing slip.
We don't currently have gift receipts available, but we guarantee that our exceptional Customer Care team will make any returns or exchanges hassle-free!
Enter item number 12830 into the search box at the top of the page. Once on the product page, you can select a gift card in a box, which will be sent in the mail, or an eCertificate, which will be e-mailed.
Don't worry! Gift cards ship via US Postal Service and will arrive separately from the
rest of your order.
Gift cards are billed when the order is placed and shipped on the selected shipping date. All email gift certificates will be sent within 24 hours.
Shipping:
Yes! Addresses are linked to the order name, so if you want to send your items to separate addresses, simply order them under separate names when adding them to your cart. You will have the option to select a shipping address for each recipient during checkout.
We've looked into it; the only way to pack and ship your orders faster involves elves and reindeer. Orders placed before 2PM ship out the same-day and we offer Next Day, Second Day and Three Day options in addition to standard Ground Shipping. For more detailed information, please see our shipping policy.
Depending on the size of your order, it may have been split into separate boxes. Occasionally, boxes are separated in transit and arrive separately. You can access tracking information on your packages by logging into your account, selecting "My Account" in the top left corner, then choosing "Order Tracking and Shipment History".
Custom Items:
Due to the high volume of holiday orders, items customized in-house (e.g. engraving or embroidery) can take up to an additional five business days to ship.
Drop-ship items can take anywhere from two to twelve weeks to ship out. This information is listed on each individual product page and includes a cut-off date for guaranteed holiday delivery.
Our system processes orders based on their scheduled ship date, so depending on when you add the item to your autoship order, it may take up to an additional five business days
to be completed and shipped.
Because customized items are created just for you, they are not eligible for return. This includes items that have been engraved or embroidered and custom special order items.
Returns:
Our return policy stays the same throughout the year, with one helpful exception. Since we know that you have enough to worry about this time of year, we extended our refund period! Any items purchased during the holiday season (October-December) can be returned for a full
refund through 2/28/11.
With the exception of undergarments, items in brand new, unused condition will still be
eligible for return.
Clearance items can be exchanged or returned, but will only be eligible for a credit in the amount for which they were purchased.
