Equioxx® Oral Paste 4.9 5 8 11
Great LOVED this product worked great for my horse with PSSM he couldn't have bute so this worked amazing. Also, worked great with my horse that had ulcers a couple years back. Kept him int he show pen and doing great June 17, 2011
Equioxx is working great for my mare with degenerative suspensory disease. She was on Bute for a year but can no longer handle it. Because of the outrageous price I feel bad for the people that can't afford to use the product to help their horses. It is putting a real strain on my pocketbook to keep my horse alive - she is so uncomfortable without the Equioxx she would have to be put down but runs & bucks now. I think the dosing syringe is ridiculous - a whole cardboard box with a single dosing syringe for each daily treatment. Also, why is it an awful tasting paste in a syringe? Believe me a horse only takes it from the syringe a few times before they know whats coming & throw a fit. But adding it to quite a bit of Senior feed with additional molasses has solved that problem. Messy & time consuming to fix it all up. May 22, 2011
Much better than BUTE! My new mare has been blowing abscesses and with a history of ulcers, I hate giving her bute. Equioxx is so much easier for me and on her tummy. The best! December 28, 2010
Fast acting, good relief My Cushing/IR pony who suffers from chronic laminitis responded very well to this product without the negative sie effects associated with Bute. Too bad it is so pricey. April 21, 2010
Great product!! The only way I can have my senior horse's hooves trimmed is by giving him this. I've tried other meds, but this one works wonders. June 29, 2009
my horse thanks me! It has been a great alternative to bute. In small doses when riding and the next day after a hard work out. June 10, 2009

To Clip or Not to Clip I've heard that body clipping in the spring is "too late" because you're clipping over the newly growing in coat... What do you think? What's the best body clipping schedule? - Jessica N., Charlotte, VT
