Great Product for my Headshaker
My horse was recently diagnosed as a photic headshaker. Cyproheptadine is the therapy of choice but is very expensive to give a horse! I was so excited when I saw that smartpak sold it. I get it for a fraction of the cost of where I would elsewhere. I get the alfalfa flavored powder and my picky horse loves it. It also stopped the headshaking in about 5 days which is great!

Smartpak makes it so easy
Smartpak makes giving prescription mediatons simple and painess. There is no counting, grinding, mixing, flavoring, etc. They do it all for you. Giving my horse her medication is now a breeze. It is very palitable and she never refuses taking her meds. Thanks Smartpak!

Super easy to feed!
My horse has headshaking syndrome and my vet suggested trying cyproheptadine. I have ordered from SmartPak in the past and have always been satisfied with their service, so I was thrilled to find this product available. Not only do I get to avoid crushing pills, but I was also able to choose a flavor! It was super easy for my vet to send in the prescription and for me to complete the order. I know with the SmartPak system my horse is receiving the correct dosage each feeding, whether its me feeding or the barn help. Plus I don't have to crush pills or try and mask them with messy applesauce or molasses! Thanks!

miracle for my horse
My Cushing's gelding looked awful; long hair, atrophied topline, mild founder, abscess in hind feet; didn't respond to Pergolide. In desperation, my vet tried Cyproheptadine. Now, my 19 year old gelding looks and acts like a young horse. He foxhunts; no hilltopping for us! He outjumps and outruns the young horses! His haircoat is slick and shiny, he feels great, his weight is good, no abscess, no soundness issues. This drug gave me my horse back!
