Return Policy

We are proud to offer only the highest quality products with exceptional customer service, and have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We have researched and tested our products to ensure they are the "best-of-the-best." If we don't meet your expectations we want to know about it.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange. Items returned in new, unused condition within 30 business days are eligible for a full refund. Items returned in new, unused condition after 30 days are eligible for a store credit.

The following items are not eligible for return: supplements in SmartPaks, embroidered or engraved items, custom special order items (including but not limited to boots, chaps, helmet covers, saddle pads, Blue Ribbon, Burlingham Sports, Phoenix West, Tally Ho and Tipperary products). Please also see individual product descriptions for special size and color options that may not be eligible for return.

Some saddles are returnable while others are not. Saddles that we stock are returnable; these are regular tree width in seat sizes 16, 16.5, 17 and 17.5. In order to be returned a saddle must be free of any marks or damage. Other size saddles are special ordered and are not returnable. We do have a growing number of trial ride saddles available. Trial ride saddles can be ridden in and then purchased or returned after one week of use.

State and federal regulations prohibit us from accepting pharmaceuticals for return. Health regulations also prohibit us from accepting undergarments (underwear and bras) that have been tried on or worn. Undergarments must be in the original, sealed packaging in order to be considered for return or exchange.

Blankets must be returned in new, unused condition. Any blankets that are returned having been worn must be thoroughly cleaned by the customer in order to be eligible for inspection. A refund, store credit, exchange or replacement from us or the manufacturer will be processed once our Returns Department receives and inspects the blanket.
