In addition to diet and proper hoof care, circulation also plays an important role in hoof health. Poor circulation may exhibit itself in multiple ways, from unhealthy hoof wall to a shortened stride and heel soreness.

SmartSox provides a comprehensive selection of natural ingredients to help support proper hoof circulation. These include the amino acid arginine, a precursor to nitric oxide, which plays an important role in healthy blood flow; herbs such as yucca, turmeric and boswellia to help alleviate discomfort; potent antioxidants including grape seed extract and vitamin C to support tissue health; and Flo-Ox®, a proprietary blend designed to maintain healthy vascularity.

SmartSox is designed for horses with heel soreness or those with unhealthy hoof walls, as a complement to a biotin-based hoof supplement.

Directions for Use: Administer 80 g daily, 1 scoop = 40 g (2 scoops daily)

Precautions

Safe use in pregnant animals or animals intended for breeding has not been proven (Boswellia Extract). If animal’s condition worsens or does not improve, stop product administration and consult your veterinarian. An examination from a veterinarian is recommended prior to using this product. Not for use with anticoagulants (Grape Seed Extract, Turmeric Root Powder). Use with caution in animals with pre-existing bleeding disorders. Should not be used prior to surgery (Gingko Biloba Extract). May be GI irritant and should not be used in patients with stomach ulcers (Turmeric Root Powder). For animal use only. Keep out of the reach of children and other animals. In case of accidental overdose, contact a health professional immediately. This product should not be given to animals intended for human consumption.
