Approved by my picky eater
My mare's EPM recently relapsed and I wanted to help support her immune system along with medication so I tried this. Along with MSM, she has improved a lot more than I was expecting. I can't directly contribute it to this supplement, but I am sure it has helped. I like that it has pretty high levels of Vitamin E, but I wish they were higher. She hasn't given me any problems eating it and she is VERY picky. I love the fact iti is available as a pellet!

Did what it needed to do, quickly.
After battling with an infection my mare just couldn't shake for months despite constant veterinary intervention, in desperation I turned to try to fix the problem from the inside out. This product was recommended to me along with additional Omega 3 & 6 supplementation and a digestion aid, and within 2 weeks of starting them, my mares condition visibly improved and finally seems to be resolving. Not sure what of this concoction was actually the linchpin, but I know I'm keeping her on all three for several month, till I'm sure she's 100% again.

Picky Eater
Winter is here and I needed an immune booster for my PSSM horse who is also a very picky eater. Because of the above, I knew I needed a pelleted supplement and I had used SmartProtect before. After comparing multiple supplements, I chose SmartProtect and am glad I did.

Seems to be helping
I have a possibly immune suppressed horse who has had scratches for 3 years and has a tendency for lymphyngitis. He had it twice in 3 months. His environment has changed and I have been working on the scratches daily since April. It is now August. I decided I needed something for his immune system. Since starting this product I have seen much improvement .

Like the ingredients
I bought this product for my mare who had a chronic eye infection and the worst case of scratches I have ever seen at the time that I bought her. I used this product in conjunction with other treatments and herbal remedies, so, although I can't really identify how helpful this product was, it certainly didn't hurt. Her eye is now asymptomatic and the scratches are healing. I really liked the ingredients as compared with other similar products.

Good Stuff!
So I dont really know if this is helping my horse since he has only been on it for a month, but he definately eats it which is a big bonus!
He has lyme so I got it to support his immune system. He will be done with antibiotics in a week and then tested again in 8 weeks. Hopefully this is helping him out!! It seems to be. Definately palatable!
