These are Great Boots!
These boots are great! I have worn them everywhere and anywhere, and they have survived more then a year of almost daily use. In winter, they keep my feet very warm! I have had to trudge through feet of snow to get my horse in her paddock countless times in these boots, and they have held up!! In summer they are great too! They break in super fast. I love the easiness of just having to zip them up and go, but they also provide a very custom fit, because you can adjust with the laces. I also have Ariat tall boots for shows, and I absolutely love their products, so I knew this was a brand I could trust. If you are looking for an all around great boot, this is it!

Tried hard, but I hate these boots
I really like the IDEA of these boots and have had a similar style in other brands. Ariat misses the boat, though, in the execution--the lace hooks at the top of the boot are way too shallow to hold the laces when you unzip, causing the boots to come unlaced, negating the whole purpose of having the zipper. I treat these as lace ups only, with the added frustration of the zipper coming undone all on it's own fairly regularly. They have been durable and are reasonably comfortable. But if you're looking for a boot where you can set up the laces for a custom fit ONCE and use the zipper for on/off otherwise, skip these.

worth the money
These are some of the more expensive and hard to find boots with the lace in the front and zip in the back. With that being said they are great. I purchased them for my wife, she has had them before and lasted a long time. She used them everyday in harsh conditions and are worn everyday they just don't fall apart. I recommend them and would say spend the extra and get them.

love them
very comfortable and convenient on/off with zipper. The only thing I didnt like in the beginning was the snap was really hard to do. It has since become easier. Would at this point get them again as they are comfortable. Also wear socks that reach the top of boot for a few times or else there are blisters.

comfortable
so far they are comfortable. Wear socks just above the boot though as you will get blisters in the beginning. Love the ease of putting on.

seriously buy these boots
These have been my choice of paddock boots for 8 years. I've had 3 pairs and worn them all completely out, then bought another pair. I get a lot of complements on them too! Cant go wrong with ariats!!!!
