Acepromazine Injectable 4.7 5 3 3
This is a life saver drug. Seriously! As much as I hate to admit that I have used it(I hate using any type of sedative ...whether they're a supplement or drug...to me they're just an excuse for a horse's bad behavior) it works! 2 cc's always did the trick for my 'crazy' barrel horse at rodeos before I sold her and got into reining. Acepromazine This is a great sedative for dogs, cats and horses. Make sure you dilute it 1:9 for the smaller animals. It can be given sub-q or sublingual or even rectally. We used it while force feeding our kitty when he had ulcers in his mouth from the calicivirus (which is not an easy feat)! Helped save him and saved us medical bills from injuies to ourselves. Ace is great! Ace is wonderful for so many applications. We use it to help keep horses in rehab safe. It's also great to have for when the equine dentist comes, etc. I even use it (in pill form) on my dogs that get car sick and it stops them from feeling sick. August 13, 2009
