Product Description:

Contains approximately 3 grams of magnesium oxide per ounce and is indicated as a supplemental source of magnesium when levels may be deficient in the total ration. Consider total magnesium content in total ration prior to supplementation. As reported in The Horse Journal (Nov. 1998), low magnesium levels may be a hidden problem in sore muscle - tying-up syndrome. Total ration levels may require up to 6-8 grams of magnesium daily as nutritional support in the presence of tying-up or muscular cramping. Calcium/phosphorus levels and ratios are also important.

Instructions:

Maintenace: Administer 1 ounce daily. Working/Performance: Administer 2 - 3 ounces daily. Consult your veterinarian for more specific administration levels.
