Product Description:
A supplement for older horses, stressed horses, and performance horses containing vitamins, yeast culture, and specific amino acid complexes and trace minerals, designed to be added to the grain ration to help insure optimum and properly balanced vitamin and tract mineral nutrition.
Instructions:
Apply to horses daily grain ration (with 2 oz. of corn oil for best results) and mix thoroughly, using the following basic guidelines. Administer the higher recommended levels (as listed below) during periods of reduced feed intake, stress, adaptation to diets, or to nutritionally support horses for optimum performance. Divide Vita-Key Antioxidant Concentrate amounts equally by number of feedings per day. NOTE: The acclimation period varies for each individual horse. Administer 1 - 2 oz. Daily for older, stressed, weight gain, performance, breeding stock and yearling horses; 1/2 - 1 oz. Daily for weanlings. Note: Because of Vita-Key's high vitamin and mineral content, the smell and taste may be offensive to some animals. Mixing with 2 oz. of corn oil will help. If problems still persist, administer 25% of recommended feeding level for 5 days, 50% of recommended feeding level for the next 5 days, and then the full 100% of the recommended feeding level. Vita-Key contains Zinpro, Cuplex, Manpro, and Copro, which are registered trademarks of Zinpro Corporation.
