This outstanding formula contains Branched Chain Amino Acids, which have been shown to delay the onset of fatigue. It also provides Medium Chain Triglycerides (specialized fats) as readily available sources of energy. Lastly, SmartMuscle Stamina also provides a powerful 3,000 mg dose of DMG to promote efficient muscle function. DMG is a naturally-occurring substance thought to aid in muscle metabolism, support the immune system, and to act as an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory.
