To compare Uckele's original CocoSoya Oil to Cocosoya Ultra SP: 3 oz Cocosoya Ultra SP (powder) = 1 oz Cocosoya Oil (liquid); there are 3 oz of powder per scoop of Cocosoya Ultra SP, so 1 scoop of Cocosoya Ultra SP = 1 oz of the liquid.
