Product Description

Innovative self-cooling compression bandage. No pre-planning necessary- bandage cools by evaporation and does not require refrigeration! Exclusive formulation of gelled water embedded into an elastic foam material supports and compresses while providing deep, penetrating cold therapy. Cooling effect can last for several hours after wrap removal with no danger of tissue damage from excessive cold. Flexible and conforming, wrap will not cause undesirable pressure.

COLDFLEX® is reusable, making it extremely cost effective and can be easily cut to size. Bio-degradable, non-toxic, and non-irritating. 3" X 72".

Instructions

APPLICATION: Wet legs with cold water. Compression Bandage can be pulled tight if necessary. Secure using regular 3M Vet-Wrap® by taping one time around top and bottom of the compression wrap, or for extra security, one time around, all the way up the compression wrap . You may keep COLDFLEX® on a horse during travel and exercise for up to 8 hours. While on legs, it is helpful to quickly hose down product with cold water every couple hours. Refrigeration is not necessary, but will provide faster, more immediate results. Do not use over open wounds. DO NOT FREEZE OR KEEP IN HEAT. Do not open until ready to use. If properly cared for, product can be used up to 25+ times. AFTER USE: Run under cold water to clean and re-hydrate, store in bag slightly moist, not soaked, tie securely closed. Shelf life at room temperature is two years. Do Not Use If Product Dries Out.
