How can I get started?
We're so glad you asked! If you already have a registered barn address in your account, you're already signed up! Just select the Free Barn Saver Shipping option when adding items to your shopping cart and your order will automatically ship free on your Barn Saver Shipping Day.

If you don't have a registered barn address in your account, don't worry, you can sign up today! Go to your Address Book, scroll down to "Add a New Address" and click the box that reads "This is a Barn." Your barn address will automatically be assigned a Free Barn Saver Shipping Day, and you'll be able to begin selecting Barn Saver Shipping on every product we carry!

When is my barn's Free Barn Saver Shipping Day?
If you already have a registered barn address in your account, you can find your Free Barn Saver Shipping Day listed in your Address Book. Just scroll down to "Edit Existing Addresses," select the barn from the drop-down menu and the Free Barn Saver Shipping Day (and estimated arrival day) will appear next to the address.
If you don't have a registered barn address in your account, don't worry, you can sign up today! Go to your Address Book, scroll down to "Add a New Address" and click the box that reads "This is a Barn." We'll tell you your assigned Free Barn Saver Shipping Day and your estimated arrival day as well!
I'm ready to place my order, how do I use my Free Barn Saver Shipping?
It's easy! Start on the product page for the item you want to order. Just above the big, red "Add to Cart" button, choose the option that reads "Free Barn Saver Shipping," then add the item to your cart.
Repeat this process with the rest of the items you want to order, then proceed through the checkout process. Your items will automatically ship out on your Free Barn Saver Shipping Day.
Are there any limits?
No way! Every item we carry is eligible for Free Barn Saver Shipping and there's no minimum order requirement. You can add a saddle pad this week, a tack trunk next week and your horse's SmartPaks the week after that - as long as they ship to your barn on your Free Barn Saver Shipping Day, they'll ship free!
Can I change my Free Barn Saver Shipping Day?
In order to make sure that the Free Barn Saver Shipping is convenient for everyone in the barn, only the Barn Owner or Manager can adjust the Free Barn Saver Shipping Day. If you'd like to have your day changed, please have your Barn Owner or Manager call 1-888-752-5171 or email CustomerCare@SmartPak.com and we'll be happy to find a day that best suits your schedule.
